On the afternoon of the 27th, the 2023 annual talent development and contract signing ceremony was held at the administrative building of the Qibaiyang factory. The event aimed to strengthen the identification and cultivation of outstanding talent within the company to strengthen its core competitiveness. Attendees included the company's young key talents, targeted trainees, Assistant General Manager Ji Shuangfeng and General Manager Song Zhiji. The meeting was hosted by the Manager of the Human Resources Department, Xu Wei.

The ceremony began with a presentation by Assistant General Manager Ji Shuangfeng, who provided an overview of the company’s talent policies, standards, training methods and development pathways to the young employees. Representatives from various departments, who are part of the targeted training program, took tto the stage to speak. They shared the challenges and difficulties they encountered in their work and expressed their career plans and expectations for personal development in the future.

The event continued with an award and signing ceremony. In line with the company's talent development policy, Technician Chen Xianyi, who actively fulfilled the agreement and performed excellently in his duties, was awarded a targeted training bonus. Following this, five outstanding young employees signed cooperation agreements with General Manager Song Zhiji. The two parties will engage in deep cooperation over the next several years, setting specific plans and clear objectives to achieve breakthroughs in their respective fields.

In the concluding remarks, General Manager Song Zhiji summarized the event by emphasizing that, in the current economic climate, companies must adhere to the "people-oriented" philosophy, recognizing that talent is the company's most important resource. He stressed the importance of continuously improving management mechanisms and enhancing core competitiveness. He also called on all employees to maintain a sense of respect and be prepared to embrace new changes. He further elaborated on the company's "Three-Person Approach" to talent development.
